Shutdown command

Terminates all data transfers on the switch at convenient points and closes the Telnet session. Always power

cycle the switch after entering this command.

Always use this command to effect an orderly shutdown before removing power from the switch.

Failure to do so could damage the flash memory and the switch configuration.
